When hosting a conference using the basic version of Zoom, there are certain settings to use to optimize accommodating up to 500 participants.
In addition, if you’re going to be recording individual sessions by other speakers who are sharing their screens, or if you’re going to play prerecorded videos, you must be aware of these settings.
