I also like to give you a look behind the curtain every so often, because creating a small business to do coaching, writing, consulting, speaking or teaching may be your new choice of career. And I think you can learn from what I've done to avoid the mistakes I've made along the way.

The three big initiatives I discuss are:

1. Redesigning my web site and adopting new domain and web site names: NonClinical Physicians and nonclinicalphysicians.com.
2. Converting and expanding my online Nonclinical Career Academy to a membership program, which will continue to add new lessons each  month.
3. Working with Tom Davis on a Private Forum to be launched soon, which will bring expert Mentors together in one place to support physicians and other clinicians seeking help in their career journeys.
