In this episode, John introduces his 12 Month Roadmap to a New Career. He originally developed the roadmap to apply to landing a job as a hospital Chief Medical Officer.
But the concepts apply to many other nonclinical jobs. In this first installment, John lists the four specific tactics that he recommends during the initial month of a job search, after first narrowing the search to 2 or 3 specific careers. By accomplishing these 4 tasks, the listener will be ready to proceed to the other phases of the career transition that follow.
