In this episode of the Physician NonClinical Careers Podcast, I
compare the Clinicians Career Cooperative with the
Nonclinical Career Academy.
I know this may sound like a 30-minute promotional spot, but I
don't look at it that way. I've been creating new resources for
"seeking physicians" since I started my podcast three years ago,
and, honestly, it gets a little confusing at times. Partly it is
because I had these opportunities and went ahead and developed
them, rather than waiting until the perfect moment.
When you're starting a new project, you're better off focusing
intently on one at a time, and that's definitely
what I recommend. But there was a need and I wanted to fill it. So,
I didn't really see the point in postponing the Cooperative even
though it was right on the heels of the Academy.
